  • Screen and shortlist profiles from advertisement response
  • Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills and forward the shortlisted applicants to hiring personnel in the organization
  • Coordinating interviews for shortlisted direct applicants and applicants referred by recruitment agents
  • Making hiring recommendations when appropriate
  • Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in the organizations
  • Rolling out offer letters
  • Follow-up with selected candidates till DOJ
  • Collect references from selected applicants and head hunt
  • Cater to employee referrals
  • Execute email as well as telephonic background verification
  • Process joining formalities and provide feedback to recruitment agency
