  • Vendor Coordination for
  • Statutory filing,
  • Contract hires,
  • Legal Consultant
  • Background verification of new joiners.
  • Employee Relations Activities
  • Coordinating for Rewards & Recognition and disbursement of rewards / certificates.
  • Support fun activities / Birthday celebrations.
  • Addressing employee queries – Salary, Leave, and New Policies.
  • Reports
  • Leave and attendance, Loss of Pay,
  • Performance bonus, retention bonus, salary revision and new hire salary inputs,
  • Employee referral bonus,
  • Inputs for quarterly budget preparation
  • Employee Full and Final settlement
  • Exit Formalities
  • Briefing the employee or providing guidance on exit formalities
  • Communication to all support functions on resigned employees
  • Communication with operations and resigned employee for last work day confirmation
  • Coordinate full and final settlements including PF
  • Discussion with employee to identify attrition triggers
  • Performance Management
  • Preparation of appraisal calendar
  • Performance appraisal coordination – issuance, collection and consolidation of appraisal forms.
  • Preparing the final consolidated appraisal file based on management recommendations
  • Reviewing and providing the final input to finance department
